If you encounter a quality issue with the product, please return the item(s) within 15 business days from the delivery date to receive a store credit or exchange. Contact [email protected] to request a returns label. Please note that products returned to Lash Plus without a returns label will be discarded.
2. Unopened and Unused Product Returns:
For unopened and unused products, return the item(s) within 15 business days from the delivery date for a refund in the form of store credit. The return must adhere to the following conditions:
– The item(s) must be in their original saleable condition with all labels and tags attached.
– The customer must present proof of purchase.
– Return item(s) must have a postal tracking number to confirm receipt.
Please be aware of the following policy conditions and exclusions:
– Change of mind returns will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the product value.
– Return postage fees are to be covered by the purchaser.
– We do not accept refunds on item(s) purchased on sale or non-returnable health and personal care items.
– Returns not related to a quality issue must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
