Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to have complete peace of mind when making a purchase. Therefore, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly return policy.

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 15 business days from the date of delivery. To do so, please follow these simple steps:

1. Quality Issue Returns:
If you encounter a quality issue with the product, please return the item(s) within 15 business days from the delivery date to receive a store credit or exchange. Contact [email protected] to request a returns label. Please note that products returned to Lash Plus without a returns label will be discarded.

2. Unopened and Unused Product Returns:
For unopened and unused products, return the item(s) within 15 business days from the delivery date for a refund in the form of store credit. The return must adhere to the following conditions:

– The item(s) must be in their original saleable condition with all labels and tags attached.
– The customer must present proof of purchase.
– Return item(s) must have a postal tracking number to confirm receipt.

Please be aware of the following policy conditions and exclusions:

– Change of mind returns will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the product value.
– Return postage fees are to be covered by the purchaser.
– We do not accept refunds on item(s) purchased on sale or non-returnable health and personal care items.
– Returns not related to a quality issue must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

It is important to ship return packages with postal tracking details and proper protection to prevent damage. Lash Plus is not responsible for any items lost in transit or breakages that occur during shipping.

For exchange requests, please allow sufficient time for processing and reshipping, usually around 15 – 20 business days.
