Returns Policy for Bundles and Kits:

Bundles and kits may include non-returnable items. Due to this, we cannot accept the total return of a kit.

Partial Refund Option:

Customers can request a partial refund for a bundle or kit. However, please note that these items are discounted within the bundle or kit, so the total retail value may not be refunded.

Refund Method:

Store credits will be issued as refunds for items returned in a kit. This ensures a fair process, considering the discounted nature of bundled items.

Manufacturer’s Replacement for Faulty Products:

We stand by the quality of our products, and if you receive an item with manufacturing defects or faults, we offer a 1-year manufacturer’s replacement policy. If you believe your product is faulty, please get in touch with us at [email protected], providing your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs.

Upon verification of the manufacturing fault, we will provide you with a unique returns code and instructions on returning the item. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Once we receive and confirm the manufacturing fault, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
