Lash Plus Return Policy
At Lash Plus, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and outstanding service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy designed to support your needs.
📦 Returns for Store Credit
Customers may initiate a return within 30 business days of receiving their order. To begin the return process, please email us at shop@lash-plus.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Any relevant information or photos
We’ll respond promptly with instructions, including return shipping details and a unique returns code.
Please note:
- Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Glues, tweezers, and other liquid products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- LED system products are also subject to a $50 restocking fee.
- Once your return is received and inspected, and it meets all conditions, a store credit will be issued.
🎁 Returns for Bundles and Kits
Many of our bundles and kits include non-returnable items. As such, we do not accept full returns of kits.
If you are dissatisfied with part of a kit, a partial return may be accepted. Please note:
- Items returned from kits will be credited based on their discounted value within the bundle.
- Refunds for kit items are issued as store credit only.
🛠️ Manufacturer’s Replacement – Faulty Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we offer a 6-month replacement policy.
To request a replacement:
- Email shop@lash-plus.com with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos.
- Once confirmed, we’ll provide a returns code and shipping instructions.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back.
- Upon inspection and confirmation of the fault, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
⚠️ Important Notes
- All returns must include the unique returns code provided by our customer service team.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
