These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you visit lash-plus.com, purchase Lash Plus products, enrol in training, or use any other service we provide.

This website is operated by Running River LLC under the trading name Lash Plus. Throughout these Terms, “Lash Plus”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Running River LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website, purchasing a product or using a service.

By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked within them. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or our services.

1. Eligibility and Online Store Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this website and purchase products.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the website or our products for an unlawful purpose.
• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code or harmful material.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or extract website content without permission.

Certain Lash Plus products, including LED curing devices, professional adhesives, tweezers and related accessories, are intended for trained lash artists and professional use.

Before using a professional product, you are responsible for:

• Completing any training recommended for the product.
• Using compatible devices, adhesives and accessories.
• Assessing client suitability and conducting an appropriate consultation.
• Following applicable salon, insurance, licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Using appropriate professional judgment throughout the service.

Purchase of a professional product does not by itself confirm that you are trained, licensed, insured or legally authorised to perform lash services in your location.

3. LED Curing, Adhesives and Client Suitability

LED curing systems and compatible adhesives must be used according to the instructions supplied with each product. Cure time, viscosity, working behaviour and performance can vary between adhesive formulas and working environments.

No adhesive or curing method can guarantee that irritation, sensitivity or allergic reactions will not occur. Results can also vary depending on application technique, client suitability, environmental conditions, aftercare and other factors outside our control.

Lash Plus product information is provided for professional and educational purposes. It is not medical advice and should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

4. Training and Certification

Training may be provided online, in person, through a Lash Plus educator or through an approved third-party platform. The delivery method, location, inclusions and completion requirements are stated on the applicable course or product page.

A certificate confirms completion of the stated Lash Plus training. It does not constitute a government licence, medical qualification, insurance approval or permission to practise in every jurisdiction.

You are responsible for confirming whether additional qualifications, licences, insurance or approvals are required where you work.

Training materials, videos, manuals, assessments and certificates are provided for the enrolled student. They must not be copied, shared, resold, recorded or distributed without written permission from Lash Plus.

5. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility information and instructions. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens, production batches and product updates.

We may update a product’s design, packaging, components, instructions or specifications when reasonably necessary, provided the product continues to perform its intended function.

Information on this website may occasionally contain errors or omissions. We may correct information, update descriptions or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary.

6. Pricing and Currency

Product prices can change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed and confirmed at checkout when your order is placed, subject to the correction of obvious pricing errors.

Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location. Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees or use a different exchange rate.

Taxes, duties, customs charges and shipping costs are shown at checkout where available. Additional import charges imposed by local authorities are the recipient’s responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

• A product is unavailable.
• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error.
• Payment cannot be authorised.
• The order is identified as potentially fraudulent.
• The order appears to be placed for unauthorised resale.
• We cannot lawfully supply the product to the destination.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled products using the original payment method where possible.

8. Customer and Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate contact, delivery, billing and payment information.

You are responsible for checking the delivery address before completing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters fulfilment or has been dispatched.

We may use the contact information supplied with your order to send confirmations, delivery updates, support messages and other communications necessary to complete the transaction.

9. Payment

Payment is processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

Your use of a payment method may also be subject to the payment provider’s terms, privacy policy, eligibility requirements and fraud-prevention procedures.

If you select an instalment or deferred-payment service, your agreement with that provider is separate from your agreement with Lash Plus.

10. Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases

Where a subscription or recurring purchase option is available, the frequency, price and renewal terms will be shown before checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges using your selected payment method until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise ends.

Subscription changes and cancellations are subject to the terms shown at purchase and our applicable Subscription Policy.

11. Pre-Orders and Backorders

Products identified as pre-orders or backorders are not ready for immediate dispatch. The estimated dispatch timing will be displayed on the product page or communicated separately.

Dispatch estimates are not guaranteed and may change because of production, testing, customs, transport or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an expected dispatch date changes materially, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update using the contact information supplied with the order.

12. Shipping, Tracking and Delivery

Shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and Delivery Information.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include processing time, weekends, public holidays, customs clearance or unexpected carrier delays.

Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to show movement after a shipping label is created.

Risk of loss and responsibility for delivery transfer in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Returns, Store Credit and Faulty Products

Returns, store credit, non-returnable hygiene products, kit returns, restocking charges and faulty-product claims are governed by our Refund Policy and Returns Information.

Before returning a product, contact Lash Plus and obtain the required return instructions and return authorisation.

Nothing in our return policy excludes any guarantee, warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Accounts and Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect the customer, Lash Plus or another person.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may integrate with or link to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, training platforms, subscription services, delivery providers and social-media platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content, availability or services controlled solely by an independent third party, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Intellectual Property

The Lash Plus name, logos, product designs, written content, graphics, videos, training materials, manuals, photographs and other website content are owned by or licensed to Lash Plus and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal or legitimate business purchasing purposes. You must not reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, publish or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Purchasing a product or course does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

17. Reviews, Feedback and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment or other content, you confirm that:

• You created it or have permission to share it.
• It is accurate and not intentionally misleading.
• It does not violate another person’s rights.
• It does not contain unlawful, abusive or malicious material.

You grant Lash Plus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit and display submitted content for operating, improving and marketing our business, unless a different written agreement applies.

We may remove user content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not reduce any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lash Plus and its affiliates, directors, employees and service providers from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

23. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government action, war, civil disturbance, labour disruption, carrier interruption, customs delays, supply-chain disruption, power failure or internet-service failure.

This section does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

24. Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use the website or our services.

You may stop using the website at any time. We may restrict or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, engage in unlawful conduct or create a security risk.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations of liability—will continue to apply.

25. Severability

Product-specific terms, course requirements or written agreements may apply in addition to these Terms. If there is a direct conflict, the more specific term will apply to that product or service.

These Terms are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which Running River LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory consumer protections and dispute rights that apply in your place of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes apply from the date they are published unless applicable law requires another form of notice. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
