Cancellation Policy
At our store, some items are offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how to manage, change, or cancel those purchases.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a product, it will be automatically delivered based on the frequency and duration of your selected plan. Your payment details are securely stored, and you will be automatically charged before each shipment according to your chosen schedule.
Important:
You can cancel or modify your subscription only after completing at least three shipments. Once the third delivery has been received, you're free to make changes or cancel at any time.

Pre-orders
Pre-orders allow you to purchase an item before it becomes available. Full payment is required at the time of purchase, and your item will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item has shipped.
Once your order is on its way, cancellations are no longer possible.
