Shipping Rates

All shipping prices and qualifying order values are shown in USD.

Available shipping methods and charges are determined by the delivery destination and order value. The applicable options and final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Local are based in the US, JP, AU, NZ, HK, SG.

ORDER PROCESSING: Orders are normally processed and dispatched within three business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES: Delivery estimates begin once an order has been dispatched and do not include processing time, weekends, public holidays, customs clearance, or unexpected courier delays. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Processing or delivery may take longer during promotions, product launches, severe weather, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: If your order has not arrived within seven business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact Lash Plus. We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, open an investigation with the courier or fulfilment provider. A replacement or refund cannot be issued until the shipment has been investigated and confirmed as lost or otherwise eligible under the applicable carrier policy.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES: Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched. If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer will be responsible for any return, correction, and redelivery costs. Lash Plus is not responsible for loss or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout.

RETURNS: Once an order has been dispatched, the conditions of the Lash Plus Return Policy will apply.

TRACKING: Once an order has been dispatched, Lash Plus will send tracking information to the contact details provided at checkout. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to show movement after the shipping label has been created.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES: International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or clearance requirements. Unless expressly stated at checkout, these costs and requirements are the responsibility of the recipient. Lash Plus is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or incomplete clearance documentation.
